– Installation of mechanical protection on exposed pipework within the buildings plant room and on the roof ensures these units will stand the test of time.

– Use of water-less traps so that conventional drain lines with fall were achievable within the minimal ceiling space.

This also provides a more reliable drain as opposed to installing a pump in the ceiling
